21.06.2010 wird um 19 Uhr ein "The Parents Special" auf Radio Macula
gesendet. Seid dabei wenn "Pleasure Or Pain" mit insgesamt 14 Songs
vorgestellt wird. Ausserdem wird ein Interview ausgestrahlt und es gibt
eine Verlosung. Die Gewinner erhalten "Pleasure Or Pain" mit Original
Autogramm.
On 21st of June 2010 at 7pm you can listen to "The Parents
Special" on Radio "Macula". Be there when "Pleasure Or Pain" with 14
songs
will presented on the radio. In addition, an interview will be
broadcast and there is
a raffle. The winners will get "Pleasure Or Pain" with an original
autograph.

Das Album Pleasure Or Pain von
The Parents, eine Mischung aus 80er Jahre, Dark Wave und Synthi Pop ist
voller Gegensätze wie die beiden Bandmitglieder der
Familienband The
Parents, Nadine und Silvio, selbst. Auf der einen Seite steht ein Mann
mit rauer Stimme, der sich um den Sound kümmert. Auf der anderen Seite
eine zierliche Frau, die wesentlich jünger ist als ihr
Gegenpart und
für ausreichend Songideen sorgt. Diese Mischung spiegelt sich
auf dem
Album mit insgesamt 14 Songs wieder, die von einfachem Synthi Pop bis
zu düsterem Dark Wave reicht. Das Familienunternehmen ist seit
gut zwei
Jahren aktiv und hat bisher 4 Singles als online - Download in
über
300 online Stores gestellt. und erwacht mit diesem Album "Pleasure Or
Pain"
auf CD zum eigentlichen Start des Projekt "The Parents". Wenn man
bedenkt, dass dieses Album ohne irgendwelche kommerziellen
Einflüsse
einer Plattenfirma sondern
völlig in Eigenregie zweier Personen entstanden ist, die neben
ihrer
Musik noch völlig alltägliche Dinge und immerhin 3
Kinder zu versorgen
hat, kommt man der Frage nahe, wie die beiden dies alles unter einem
Hut bekommen. Tatsächlich entstand die Scheibe im heimischem
Wohnzimmer. Der Sound nach electronic steht im Vordergrund, wie die
beiden Bandmitglieder immer wieder betonen. Wie auch sonst, wenn alles
aus dem Computer kommt? Und so erkennt man spätestens beim
zweiten Song
"More", dass mit technischen Raffinessen nicht gespart wurde. "Pleasure
Or Pain" kann man seit Mai 2010 bei jpc und WOM zu bestellen sein.
This album Pleasure Or Pain by The
Parents, a mixture of 80's, dark wave and synth pop is full of
contrasts as the two band members of the family band, The Parents,
Nadine and Silvio. At one side stands a man with a rough voice, takes
care of the sound. On the other side, a petite woman who is much
younger than her counterpart and provides enough song ideas. This
mixture is reflected on this album with 14 songs, from simple
synth pop to gloomy dark wave. This family business has been active for
two years and published four singles as online - download in more than
300
online stores and wakes up with this album "Pleasure Or Pain" on CD for
the actual start of the project "The Parents". When you consider that
this album has arised without any commercial influences of a record
company and these two persons have three children to supply it comes
close to the question of how the two get all this under one hat. In
fact, this album was made in the home-living room. The sound of
electronic is important, how the two band members emphasize again and
again. As usual, when everything comes out of the computer. And we

Mit den
Aufnahmen zu unserer ersten CD kommen wir gut voran. Natürlich
werden wir auch das Cover selbst gestalten.
Dazu waren wir beim Fotoshooting und einige Bilder könnt Ihr
auf
unserer Seite schon bewundern.

the recordings of our first CD we are

Das
neue Jahr beginnt mit guten Neuigkeiten. The
Parents sind mitten in
den Aufnahmen zum ersten Album, welches im April/Mai 2010
erscheinen wird. Der Titel der CD steht noch nicht fest. Es werden
12-14 Songs auf der CD erscheinen, die alle von The Parents selbst
geschrieben sind
und natürlich in Eigenregie produziert werden. Genaueres
verraten wir
Eurch hier, sobald es Genaueres zu berichten gibt
The new year starts with good news. The Parents
are recording their first album, which will publish in April/May 2010.
The title of the CD is not yet clear. All 12-14 songs on this cd are
written and produced by The Parents. For further details we inform you
here when there are some more details.

Mit
Papa´s elektronischen Sounds, steht die Mama im stimmlichen
Mittelpunkt unserer vierten Single "More", die am 20.11.2009 erscheint.
"Think Like A Child" wird der zweite Titel heissen, von dem es
ausserdem den Club-Mix auf die Ohren gibt.

Seit
unserer
letzten Single haben wir einige gute Kontakte geknüpft.
Live werden wir in diesem Jahr nicht spielen. Wie ihr wisst,
konzentrieren wir uns auf neue Songs. Aber, wir sind auch dabei, die
vorhandenen Songs für die Live Performance zu programmieren.
Ausserdem
könnt ihr euch auf neue Veröffentlichungen freuen.
Wir sind dabei,

we won´t play this year. As you know, we are focusing on new
songs this
year. But, we are also in process to program our existing songs for the

guten Electronic Sounds versehen, wird "What have you done" noch im Mai
2009 als Download verfügbar sein. "Dark Creatures" wird der
zweite Song
auf dieser Maxi Single sein. Geniesser düsterer Musik werden
mit diesem
Song voll auf ihre Kosten kommen. Bleibt gespannt.
